Without exception, the food is great, regardless of whether it is a starter, main course or dessert. The staff is super nice and attentive, asks for example when the drinks are empty etc. The only negative is the atmosphere. There is no music playing in the background. The wall lights are transparent light bulbs, depending on where you sit you are constantly looking into the bright light bulbs. Indirect lighting or a screen in front of the lightbulbs would be much more pleasant on the eye and more comfortable.

We were eating today at the Wiesenkelter. When we came there were 2 tables available on the terrace. One half in the sun and one in the shade. We sat in the sun and then asked if we could sit in the shade. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to Corona. A family with children would come and just sit there and move the chairs together. But then they were served quite normally. No more trace of Corona. When asked, it was said that people could not just be implemented. Conclusion, who asks loses and who is cheeky wins. I don't feel like doing that. It's a shame, actually liked going there

The restaurant in the middle of the vineyards not only scores with tasty dishes and wines, but also with excellent service. We would love to come back to this restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere despite the numerous seats. Sufficient free parking spaces are available.

Great restaurant in a nice rural area. The ambience is both rustic and sophisticated thanks to the high ceiling. Visually very appealing, unfortunately the high ceiling has a negative effect on the sound in the room. The staff is attentive, helpful at all times and also fulfills the individual request with every order. Typical Swabian home cooking is served here, but at a higher level. Both the meat and the fish dishes were exceptional in terms of appearance and taste. The Wiesenkter is still reasonably priced, an onion roast including side dishes is around 22 euros. In comparison, this is an absolute average, with the quality delivered being above average. All in all a successful visit, I'm looking forward to the next dinner and will be happy to recommend this place to my friends.
